Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Wond3rCard account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Description of the Service

Wond3rCard lets you build one or more digital business cards containing contact details, links, and branding, and share them via QR code, NFC tap, or direct link. Anyone you share a card with can view it and save your details, without needing a Wond3rCard account or app. We also offer a dashboard for managing your cards and viewing engagement analytics, and physical NFC cards that link to your digital card.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Wond3rCard offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Premium and Business) with additional features such as extra card slots, advanced customization, and detailed analytics. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected at checkout, and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle.

4. Physical NFC Card Orders

Physical NFC cards (plastic, metal, or custom-branded) are sold as one-time purchases separate from your subscription. Orders are currently fulfilled to addresses in Nigeria and the United States, with additional countries being added over time; a country not yet supported at checkout is not yet available for delivery.

Please review your shipping address and card details carefully before completing an order — custom-branded and engraved cards cannot be modified once production has started. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by location and order volume.

If a physical card arrives damaged or defective, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

5. Your Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of the contact details, photos, branding, and other content you add to your card ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Wond3rCard a limited license to host, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, including rendering your card to people you share it with.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a company or organization;
• Upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights;
• Harvest, scrape, or share other users' contact information without their consent;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

The Wond3rCard name, logo, platform, and underlying software are owned by Wond3rCard and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or software outside of your ordinary use of the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, payment processors, CRM integrations on Business plans, or shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wond3rCard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to Wond3rCard, other users, or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the country in which you reside.
